ChapterOrganizer was originally created by students in the GaTSA Program for the Software Development competition of the 2023 State Leadership Conference. It allows you to manage student membership, take attendance, schedule meetings, send emails, and much more.
Manage Members
Manage students that are a part of your clubs using our tools geared specifically towards CTE and TSA programs.
Time Meetings
Automatically email students about upcoming meetings, fundraisers, and other events. Set the date and time for upcoming events, and if they are recoccuring.
Take Attendance
Mark students present, absent, or absent-excused. Track member engagement and remind members to show up on time.
Send Emails
Email specific members about information for their competitions, or email everyone about an upcoming trip. Supports custom email addresses on paid plans.
